Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and all contracts concluded through it between the operator and the customer. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

2. Free user accounts

Registering an account is free of charge. You must provide accurate details, keep your password confidential, and you may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively or unlawfully.

3. Training content disclaimer

The training plans, timers and measurements offered here are informational tools, not medical advice. Climbing and strength training carry a risk of injury. You use the content at your own risk and should consult a physician or qualified coach before starting a training programme.

4. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button labelled "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen" you make a binding offer to buy the items in your basket. We accept it by sending an order confirmation by email or by making the digital product available to you. The contract text is stored by us and sent to you with the order confirmation. The contract can be concluded in German, Hungarian or English.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro. As a small business owner within the meaning of § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately. Shipping costs for physical goods are shown separately before you place your order.

Payment is made through our payment service provider Stripe using the payment methods offered during checkout. The amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The respective payment provider's terms apply in addition to these terms in relation to that provider.

6. Digital products

Digital products are made available for download or unlocked in your account immediately after we receive payment. They are granted to you as a simple, non-transferable licence for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish or otherwise make them available to third parties.

Please check the system requirements stated on the product page before purchasing. You need an active user account to access digital products.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions run for the term stated at the time of purchase and renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the end of the current term. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period; the cancellation option is available in your account. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded on cancellation. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected. We may change subscription prices with at least six weeks' notice before the start of a new term; if you do not agree you may cancel with effect from that date.

8. Delivery of physical goods

Physical goods are delivered to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times and shipping costs are stated on the product page and in the basket. We deliver only to the countries offered during checkout. The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content the right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performance with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. See the withdrawal policy.

10. Defects

The statutory rights in respect of defects apply to both goods and digital products.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damage to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

13. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
