Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

For goods (physical products), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
For digital content and services (including subscriptions), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. It is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (e.g., downloadable training plans), your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us starting performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Services and subscriptions

If you requested us to begin providing services or a subscription during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. For services and subscriptions, your right of withdrawal expires completely once the service has been fully performed.
